Offers troubleshooting and maintaining customer’s systems and applications by providing online technical support; acts as the representative of the customer’s company to execute front-line contact center service (using prescribed media by the client company).

Facilitate and document transactions effectively whereas maintaining a high level of program and merchandise information and meeting service level agreements.
